## What the service does

1. Finds contact emails published on official company websites, with their source and evidence, within the customer's request and search allowance.
2. Helps prepare a draft for the selected contacts using the customer's supplied information.
3. Presents recipients, message content, and attachments to the linked mailbox owner for explicit approval.
4. Sends the approved batch only after the customer confirms execution, and records each recipient's status and credit movements.

The customer can create an account with email and password or Google identity. Explicit acceptance of the terms is required at signup, and paid operations require available package credit. Email accounts provide a recovery code to save; password recovery does not send an email. Signup alone adds no service credit. Gmail sending authorization is requested separately; account sign-in does not authorize sending. The service does not request permission to read inbox messages or contacts.

These are one-time prepaid purchases, without automatic renewal or credit expiry. Applicable taxes are determined at checkout. The company allowance is a service limit, not a guaranteed number of matching results. Each request includes 1 initial draft and 1 saved revision; generation is not unlimited. Availability depends on the account, available credit, and the service status shown in the account.

## Approval, usage, and limits

The mailbox owner reviews and approves the actual recipients, message content, attachments, and sender. A relevant change invalidates earlier approval. AI assistance cannot approve or send on the owner's behalf. Each message addresses one recipient, and account-wide exclusions apply.

A send is counted when the email provider accepts the message. Rejection before acceptance or cancellation before execution releases its reservation. A bounce after acceptance remains charged. An uncertain sending outcome is not automatically retried. Provider acceptance is not proof of inbox delivery, opening, or a reply. The service does not guarantee employment, verify that an individual mailbox is active, or track message opens.

Search-result content and export files are deleted after 30 days or through the available deletion request. Attachments are deleted 30 days after storage or earlier at their owner's request. These periods do not automatically apply to all account or credit records.
