# AgentJob privacy summary

## Data and purposes

AgentJob processes account and mailbox identifiers, authorization needed for the requested connection, search criteria, supplied draft instructions, selected recipients, messages and attachments, publicly listed company contacts with source evidence, and records needed for tasks, approvals, packages, payments, credit, and service protection.

Email/password account access and optional Google identity sign-in are separate from Gmail sending authorization. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as one-way verifiers; the account email is not treated as verified mailbox ownership. Sending permission applies to messages explicitly approved by the mailbox owner. The service does not request inbox-reading or contacts permission, does not ask for the Google password, and does not share Google sign-in or mailbox-authorization credentials with AI services. Service providers process the information needed for hosting, storage, search, AI assistance, and enabled payments. Approved messages and attachments are sent through the email provider to the approved recipients. Necessary cookies support login, mailbox connection, and review; the public pages use no advertising trackers.

## Retention and requests

Search-result content and its export files are deleted after 30 days or through the available deletion request. Attachments are deleted 30 days after storage or earlier at their owner's request. This does not automatically delete all account, approval, credit, or operational records.

Disconnecting a mailbox disables its use in AgentJob; it does not automatically revoke access at Google or delete all saved data.
