# AgentJob terms summary

## Scope and responsibility

AgentJob researches officially published company contact information with source evidence, helps prepare messages, and sends approved messages from the linked mailbox. Search limits do not guarantee a result count, an active recipient mailbox, a reply, or a job opportunity. Results may be partial.

The mailbox owner must sign in to review and explicitly approve the recipients, message content, attachments, and sender before sending. A relevant change invalidates prior approval. The customer is responsible for supplied content, files, recipients, and the decision to send. Impersonation, fraud, and use contrary to the email provider's policies or applicable rules are prohibited. Account-wide exclusions apply.

## Prepaid usage and outcomes

Packages are prepaid at the price and allowance shown when purchased. A message consumes a send when the email provider accepts it. Rejection before acceptance or cancellation before execution releases the reservation. A bounce after acceptance remains charged. A supported provider's trusted bounce event adds the address to exclusion; the current Gmail integration does not track bounces.

Uncertain outcomes are reconciled rather than automatically retried. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery, opening, a reply, or employment. There is no open tracking or promise of automatic resending for non-response or bounces.
