1. Scope and contact

This policy describes data use by AgentJob — وظيفتك علينا at agentjob.io. Contact info@wdeftksa.com with privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your data. We verify that a request relates to the relevant account before acting on its data.

2. Data processed

The service processes account identifiers; the linked email address and Google account identifier; credentials required to maintain your requested connection; search criteria and draft instructions; recipients, message content, and attachments you choose to use; publicly listed company contact information with its sources; and operational records for tasks, reviews, sending, packages, payment references, and credit movements when those features are used.

3. Account and Gmail access

You can create an account with email and a service-specific password or use Google identity. Email accounts store a protected email identifier and one-way password and recovery-code verifiers, not the original password or recovery code. Entering an email does not verify ownership of its mailbox or connect it for sending. Save the recovery code shown once; password recovery does not send an email.

Google account creation and sign-in request identity and email access only. We retain a hashed Google account identifier to recognize your account, without storing the login access or refresh tokens. Gmail sending permission is requested separately when you choose to connect your mailbox. We request openid to identify your Google account, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email to obtain its email address, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send to send messages you explicitly approve. We do not request permission to read your inbox or contacts, and do not ask for your Google password.

We keep the authorization needed for your mailbox connection encrypted and use it to carry out the operations you request. Signing in during review confirms ownership of the linked mailbox. AI assistance cannot authorize sending; approval remains yours.

AgentJob commits to following the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, in its use of Google user data received from Google APIs and any transfer of that data to another application.

4. Search and AI assistance

We use web search and AI assistance to find public company websites and contact information and help prepare drafts. This processing may include your request details and supplied text, together with the public company information needed for the task. Google sign-in details and mailbox authorization are not shared with AI services. Your inbox messages are not read for this purpose.

5. Service providers and sharing

We use service providers for hosting, storing data and files, web search, and AI assistance. These providers process the data needed to deliver their services. Google processes account authorization and requests to send your approved messages. When payments are enabled, the selected payment provider processes the purchase and the service uses its transaction reference for verification.

Approved messages and attachments are submitted through the email provider for the recipients you approve; provider acceptance does not guarantee delivery. If you connect another service to receive updates about your requests, we send it the status notifications you enable. We do not use advertising trackers on these public pages.

6. Retention and protection

Search-result content and its export files are deleted after 30 days or through the available deletion request. Attachments are deleted 30 days after storage, or earlier at their owner's request. This period does not automatically apply to all account, approval, credit, or operational records.

Account permissions and mailbox-owner verification protect access to result files and attachments. We keep limited operational information to monitor and protect the service; monitoring records exclude message text and sign-in credentials. Necessary cookies support account access, mailbox connections, and review sessions.

7. Disconnecting and data requests

Disconnecting your mailbox in AgentJob disables use of the connection in the service; it does not automatically delete stored credentials or revoke the grant at Google. To revoke that grant, remove AgentJob access through Google Account connections. Revocation at Google prevents use of that grant; it does not by itself delete existing operational records in AgentJob.

For account-data access, correction, or deletion, email info@wdeftksa.com with the relevant account and request. Do not send passwords or secret keys. We will explain the scope of the action and any records that need to be retained; disconnecting a mailbox should not be understood as deleting every record.

Changes are published on this page with an updated date. Review this policy when your use of the service changes or you connect a new provider.
